Weight loss blogging~
I have decided for my health and happiness to loss some weight. I started recently on a low carb diet. It is very unstructured right now, but I am sure I will get into the groove soon. I began at about 245 lbs. I decided that Weight Watchers has a good motivational feature that you weigh in in front of other people. That kind of "humiliation" may actually be a good way of making sure you work on what you are supposed to do. So I have decided that I want to do a weekly weigh in on my blog. I will face the public humiliation of the 2 or 3 people who might actually be reading my blog and use that as a motivation for me to continue losing weight. So here it is. You get to go on this journey with me. I have a goal of making it to at least 175 lbs right now and reassessing at that time where I want to go from there. Thanks for joining me on this journey.
