Another day, another boring blog

Well, I need to make it a habit to blog, so I am going to try and do it, even when nothing is happening.

I have had the last 2 days off from work, and for the most part I didn't do much of anything. The plumbing in my basement backed up and we had to snake it, but the rest of the time I have just been hanging out, trying to figure out how to get the boys to clean their room up.

They have gotten to have such attitudes already, I have no idea how bad it is going to be when they are teenagers and it really kicks into gear. :) Well that is the fun of being a parent right?

Since I am a leader for the Beehives at church I went to our mutual activity (church group) last. We planned a lot of fun activities for the next couple of months and it was nice to visit with the girls. They are 12 and 13 years old and are a lot of fun. I have been working with them for a little over a year. It has been great for me to get to know them. I get to see them grow and learn and it is great to see them to continue making great choices. I am so proud of the girls. We also played a game of Guesstures at the end of the night and they were so fun. The excitement that they bring to everything is so contagious, that even while I am sick I can't help but be happy around them. They are such great examples to me.

Today I have to go back to work. Mondays are always so hard, especially when it is not really Monday, so my schedule is all out of wack.

I am over running transfer bags again tonight, which is actually a job I really enjoy doing. I just miss being around everyone I am friends with in the other areas.

I have a lot of good friends changing shifts at work, so some of the people I am used to hanging out with I won't be able to see much of anymore.

Well I have to go break up a fight, and make the kids clean. Until next time!
